  • How long is the Nosara-LIR Airport drive?

    The average drive time is around 2.5 hrs. At times throughout the year, particularly in
    rainy season, the drive time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions. Travelers are
    required to check-in at their respective airline counters a minimum of 2 hrs. ahead of their flight,
    so you should plan to leave 5 hrs ahead of your scheduled departure.

  • Can I travel with my pet?

    You may travel with your pet in private services only, providing they have a pet cage.

  • Will you wait me if my plane is delayed?

    Prior to leaving we always check the flight status in order to know what time the planes will land.
    However if you are stuck inside the airport, please call or email us. We can wait for you if

  • What happens if I'm late?

    Our drivers will wait for you for up to 1 hour in private services. If you are late in shared service and can't make on time, we will arrange a private shuttle instead if you desire it.

  • How will I find you at the airport?


    After exiting customs a Terratour representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.


  • Is it door to door service?

    Yes, we will pick you up at your hotel, house or airport and we will take you direct to your destination.


  • Do the Shuttle run on time?


    All times booked on your reservation are “scheduled.” However, we cannot be held responsible for heavy traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control. Neither can we be held responsible for late departures and/or arrivals. Just like in air travel, there are no refunds or partial refunds for delays.


  • Can we stop on the way to buy food or groceries?

    Yes, we are able to stop for a limited time in either a supermarket or a restaurant. The prescribed time is around 30 minutes. The cost is $25 per hour.


  • Do you only run to and from Liberia?

    Our shuttle services include destinations all over Costa Rica. If you wish to travel to any of these places we're happy to assist you. Simply call and ask for a quotation.


  • How do I cancel?

    Any cancellation must be made 24 hours before the   departure day, otherwise no refund applied.
